Digital S&T announces on September 7, 2020 the completion of the acquisition of Floome International based in Ireland.   This is the first of several planned acquisitions over the next 12 months that will be the operating entities for the products and services locally that Digital S&T provides.

Our first services that we will be bringing to the EU market is our HR Rewards and Incentives Platform along with our HR Recruiting Business Unit closely following.  In 2021 we will also be launching our Talk 2 Expert Education & Training product which will be available worldwide from Ireland.

New Platform Live

Digital S&T is happy to announce our new HR Benefits & Rewards Digital Platform is live.

Over the last several months the company has been engaged in developing our core technologies with the aim of bringing on the previously announced platforms.   To support our HR Platform efforts we have begun a new service providing Gift Card rewards to companies offering benefits to their clients, suppliers and employees.

Companies are able to purchase Gift Cards in volume and in real time  for their use.   Whether it is used as a client promotion, retention or performance bonus, gift cards are a convenient way to offer employees a wide range of options allowing them their own preferences and increasing employee satisfaction.

We are offering Gift Card from most major brands from the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.

The Gift Card platform is only available under our HR Benefits and Rewards program and is not open to the general public.

We have decided to add a new partnership with Breqwatr and bring it to the markets that we operate in.  They are a private cloud solutions provider and is a great technical fit for us and our customers.

Why Breqwatr?

One of the internal requirements that we have is to manage our own data centre.   Because we are developing apps and digital services, we needed a IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) environment allowing our developers to rapidly provision themselves with backend servers on a demand basis for development and testing.   This also extends to when we deploy, being able to spin up new compute resources on demand at a moments notice allows us to maintain a high level of service, fault tolerance and scalability while reducing costs and maximizing our hardware investment.

Breqwatr is based on and fully compliant with OpenStack.  For those who know OpenStack, they will agree, it is a very complex and powerful ecosystem to manage computer resources for a virtualized environment.   Breqwatr takes the complexity of managing OpenStack to a virtual pushbutton effort.   Instead of having a large IT team to manage OpenStack and configure resources as needed, users can now be self served and can make available virtual servers in just a few clicks and minutes.

Latest Update

We are progressing on a number of fronts and getting close to making some significant announcements.   This includes announcing a new partnership in the UAE where we expect to enter the market with significant momentum.

In Vietnam we are expecting to establish our operating entity over the next 30 days where our core development team will reside completing our platforms for initial deployment.   We have been frantically searching for office space as well as new hires to join our team.

Keep looking at this space for a large announcement in the coming few weeks.  We are super excited with what we will be able to reveal.

Our Third Platform

As it turns out we have decided to launch 3 platforms initially.  We will be adding to the launch group our HR Recruitment platform.   There has been significant work already done on this platform and we feel confident to release it later in 2019.

Our Current Status:

SchoolConnect – Development Stage with Demo in June, Production in September
FiscalCore – Internal Demo Running,  Production in August
Hire Right Away – Initial Launch June

Of course these times are guideline in nature.   We will have more specific updates when closer to the actual launch dates.

The company now has been registered (finally) and will be updating the content of the website soon. We will be debuting 2 platforms initially. One for VAT Tax Management for Governments as well as a Educational Platform that connects Teachers to Parents in realtime providing a full suite of features. Look for it in the coming days.
