Our HR Recruitment platform is meant to augment an existing talent acquisition business by automating and assisting in candidate qualification and selection as well as the portions of the client interaction process.

By using the powers of Artificial Intelligence (AI), we are applying advanced neural networks for candidate selection and behavioural assessment. These are tools to assist in the evaluation of the suitability of a candidate for a specific position with an organization. Environmental factors and behavioural analysis is taken into consideration.

Neural Network Based AI

We use the power of AI to pre-select candidates based on a position to be filled.   This is well beyond simple pattern matching in a Job Description.   We take all the elements of the Job Description, Level and Compensation for the position, known company factors and numerous candidate parameters to narrow down our short list.   This is then reviewed by a talent specialist before moving the candidate to the next steps.

Permission Based

Candidates are in full control of their information.   The candidate must give permission prior to being referred to the prospective hiring company.   Candidates will be trial matched to all Job Postings for possible fit.   The candidate may opt out of this process if they prefer to remain in their current position and would not like to entertain an option at that time.

Video

Candidates for mid level positions and up are encouraged to add a video introductions of themselves as part of their profit.    We will provide that service for the candidates to record a professional video for this purpose at no charge.   We fully believe in todays high tech world, a more complete multimedia profile increases the desirability of the candidate.

Consistent Profiles

Our process requires a candidate to provide their information in our system which then makes a standardized comparable format for hiring managers.   Job Postings also go through the same rigorous process which ensures a higher precision in our matching efforts and ultimately a much better fit candidate for consideration.  Talent managers will assist both candidates and clients in this process to ensure the highest quality.

All Profiles Are Verified

As part of our candidate selection process,  each profile is independently verified for accuracy.  References checks are also conducted with several candidate parameters evaluated.   This information is used as part of our matching process and is vital for our quality control of the candidates that we offer to clients for selection.

Speed

With the assistance of automation,  our ability to match candidates to postings happens over a very short period of time.   In cases where there is not a perfect candidate, our talent acquisition team will actively search for the best candidate.   With this focus we are hunting for an exact match vs farming a list of possible candidates.
